As an option with a new CEM system installation, Air Tox offers a regular maintenance and an emergency response contract. This feature allows the client to take full advantage of the expertise of Air Tox personnel in servicing and maintaining CEM systems. Air Tox personnel perform scheduled monthly and/or quarterly maintenance, and respond to requests for unscheduled service for on-site arrival within 24 hours of notification.

Air Tox personnel troubleshoot, repair, and return monitoring systems to operational status on-site or remotely via modem (with appropriate hardware options). In addition, instrumentation can be shipped overnight to Air Tox for repair. Rental instrumentation will be delivered for plant use until completion of the repair.
