Mr. Fraga has over 18 years of experience in the air quality engineering and consulting field. As manager of the Engineering Group, Mr. Fraga is responsible for the implementation, staffing, and support of all Permitting projects at Air Tox Environmental Company, as well Management of CEM Integration and Engineering.

Matt’s experience covers a wide range of permitting and regulatory issues, including air emissions quantification and reporting, SARA Title II and Title III reporting, and state and federal permitting for many different types of facilities. Matt’s permitting experience varies from New Source Review and Title V permits for large manufacturing facilities to General Permits for small individual emission units.

Prior to joining Air Tox Environmental Company, Matt was an Environmental Manager for a large manufacturing facility in the photographic industry. This experience provides Matt with a broad understanding of the complex regulatory issues faced by today’s environmental engineers and managers.

Mr. Fraga has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
